Job Discerption:
- Good knowledge of all south Indian bread items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Dosa, Ghee Roast, Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Onion Dosa, Paper Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Rava Dosa, and other varieties of Dosa are the normal and demanding dishes.
- Appam, Idiyappam, Pathiri, Steamed Cake, Chappati, Uthappam, Battoora, Poori Masala are main in daily menu.
- Sound knowledge of ingredients in preparation of Indian bread items such as Rice flour, wheat flour and its proper mixing.
- Ensure the quality of ingredients and the hygiene of cooking place.
- Monitor and ensure the helpers are meeting the hygiene parameters and ensure the health and safety notes.
- Skilful and creative to try new dishes mixing up with western appetite.
- Manage the whole kitchen activities and be responsible for smooth functioning of kitchen.
There are no formal academic requirements for this situation. However, we prefer candidates with Graduation or Diplomas in the Specified area of employment, and with minimum 1 year experience in the same area of employment is mandatory.
