Salary: £26000.00
Working hours: 39 hours/Week
Job Description:
• Managing and overseeing a range of front of house functions.
• Analyse the market and implement marketing strategies as per the focused customer.
• Excellent customer relationship management with strong command over English, and the functional knowledge of any South Indian Language is desirable.
• Recruit and train the adequate staff to be equipped with perfect customer-oriented skills.
• Manage the staff and make sure that the daily operation is in place.
• Ensure the health & hygiene protocols on daily basis.
• Decide the menu as per the season and based on the anticipated customers’ appetite in cooperation with the Chef
• Plan and perform the daily system in collaboration with other staff.
• Overall financial planning by budgeting expenses and making cash flow statements.

Ideal candidate must have a Graduation or Diploma in the Specified area of employment, and with minimum 1 year of experience in the same area of employment is mandatory.
